Allain Barnett is a Policy Analyst at Natural Resources Canada. Prior to joining NRCan, he conducted postdoctoral research on justice and urban resilience planning for climate change and sea level rise at Florida International University, and environmental risk and ocean management at the University of New Brunswick. His doctoral research explored fisheries policy and the vulnerability of fishing households to climate change and economic crises.
