Elicia is a Research Scientist and Network Facilitator at IBE. She is an experienced facilitator, academic researcher, and designer who works with university, private, government, and non-profit partners on sustainability, community vitality, organizational development, and design projects. In addition, Elicia enjoys supporting and mentoring students at all levels from undergraduate sustainability interns to graduate associates and fellows. Elicia believes strongly in the power of collaboration and often says that “we can accomplish so much more together than any of us could ever do alone.”
